To build the different classes I'm going to propose here, I'm going to use the methodology proposed in Reach of th Roach God and the one used in Troïka. To make it easier for you to read, the method of creation will be in a footnote.1.
There are those who see them as monsters and you who see them as a herd for you to look after. Whether it's a mimic, a slime or a gryffon, you'll know everything about the creature you're breeding and find uses for it that others might not.
The fresh air and travelling so far to look after and bring back the herd have forged your health. You're a hale.
You're a banker. Very charismatic.
You breed a lot of different creatures. You're observant.
You're perceptive and discerning.
You can follow a trail for days. You make decisions quickly and keep a cool head, you're a good advisor in a group.

The first is for health, i.e. whether the character is in good health, robust or, on the contrary, not in great physical shape.
The second is for the character's main characteristic, their strength.
The third is to talk about one of the qualities provided by their skills, which can be used as skills or situations in which the person is gifted.
The fourth is there to give skills always linked to the job and experience gained.
The fifth is there to give two special skills, related to the character.
